From its humble beginnings in 2002 Gametrailers.com has evolved into the leading Internet broadcaster for the video game industry. Gametrailers.com was started by gamers who were tired of waiting in line for slow downloads of small, boring gameplay footage. The result of their hard work is what you see today; a vast library of unmarked, high-resolution video game trailers and gameplay that users can download or stream immediately to their computer.
Histoire
GameTrailers (GT) is a media website that specializes in video game related content. It provides free access to original programming (such as reviews and previews), game trailers and recorded game play. Many of the video clips are offered in high definition along with standard definition. Users can upload videos, create blogs and participate in forums. Users can also create factions for games or other interests. Factions have access to private forums. GameTrailers has a currency called GameTrailers Dollars (GTD), which can be earned by interacting with the website and used to purchase virtual items and real merchandise.
